Health Funds
We accept all major health funds, with same-day rebates available via our HICAPS system for added convenience. This allows you to claim your benefits on the spot and simply pay any remaining gap on the day.
If there is an out-of-pocket expense, we also offer flexible payment options through our payment plan partners. Our team is always happy to help you understand your cover and provide clarity around any expected costs, so you can plan your treatment with confidence.
Payment Plans
At Randwick Dental Clinic, we believe dental care should be accessible and manageable. We offer flexible payment plans through Afterpay and DentiCare, allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment in a way that suits your budget.
Afterpay allows you to divide payments into four equal fortnightly instalments, while DentiCare offers customised plans across a wide range of treatments. For higher-cost procedures, eligible patients may also be able to access their superannuation early under compassionate grounds. Our team is here to guide you through your options and help find a solution that works for you.
Discounts & Savings
We’re pleased to offer a 5% discount on our services for selected groups as a small token of appreciation. This includes hospital staff, university staff and students, as well as pensioners and seniors.
We also welcome Veterans’ Affairs card holders and are happy to assist with any questions around eligibility or claiming. Our team can guide you through the available options to help make your care as accessible as possible.

Medicare CDBS (Child Dental Benefits Scheme)
Eligible children aged 0 – 17 can access essential dental services up to $1,158 over a 2 calendar year period through Medicare’s CDBS program at our practice, including:
- General dental care
- Orthodontics (including braces)
Under CDBS, services provided for children with private health funds for dental care are typically free or only $20 per visit, ensuring your child’s dental health is never compromised.
